1. All trades will be routed to the Bursa Malaysia during normal trading hours.
Morning Session - trading hours starts from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (local time).
Afternoon Session - trading begins from 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (local time).
The Pre-Open Routine is a 30-minute session before regular trading starts at 0900 hrs.
During the Pre-Open Period (0830 - 0859 hrs), buy and sell orders can be entered, amended or withdrawn. However they will not be matched and executed during this period.
2. Place trading orders 24 hours a day.
You can place trading orders for 24 hours. Orders placed after 5.00p.m. (Malaysian’s time) will be submited to market for execution on the following trading day.

3. All orders submitted are only valid for one trading session.
Unmatched orders will be cancelled off at the end of each trading session. If you wish to carry forward the unmatched order to the next session, please submit the order again after the closure of morning session or during next trading session.

4. After your orders have been submitted, you can proceed to Order Status to check the orders are on queue, done, or rejected.
OSK188 keeps track of all your order status online whether they are accepted, executed, cancelled, confirmed or matched. |

5. Contract Note.
A contract note will then be sent to you via normal mail the following trading day after your orders is matched. |

6. Order Amendment or Cancellation.
OSK188 accepts order amendment or cancellation before Bursa Malaysia matches the order. |

7. Online trading does not facilitate Direct Business such as Married Deals.
Trading of odd lot is not available over the Internet. However, you can call up your Dealer to execute an odd lot order. |

8. CDS account to trade online.
If you do not have an existing CDS account with OSK Investment Bank Berhad, you must open a CDS account to trade online. Basically, you have two options. You may either choose to open a CDS account under your own name or open a CDS account under OSK Nominees (a wholly owned subsidiary of OSK Investment Bank Berhad) favouring your name as the beneficial owner. Should you choose the later, OSK Nominees will provide you nominee services which include application of rights issue, dividends and etc... at a nominal fee. A charge of RM10.00 is levied by Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd for the opening of a CDS account in any case. |

9. Start Trading.
You can begin trading after your account has been approved by OSK Investment Bank Berhad. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email to lead you to our secure site with your verification to create your Trading PIN. Use this information together with your Usename and Password, which you key in during your online application, to initialise your 1st Trading PIN. You can then access your account online and commence trading. |

10. Granting of trading limit
The trading limit varies between different individuals. This is in accordance to the credit assessment done based on your information provided. You may check your trading limit with your respective remisier / dealer. You can request for an increase in your trading limit by calling your Dealer. They will require you to provide them with a copy of the relevant documents for assessment. |

11. Withdrawal.
You can withdraw from your Trust Account by submitting a request or contact your Dealer’s Representatives. We will then process your request and make payment to you as per your preferred payment mode. |

12. Contra Gains or Losses.
Contra gains or losses will be added to or deducted from your initial deposits. The addition or deduction will take place on T+3 calendar days. |
